Transformation scheme of traditional radial drilling machine
The domestic radial drilling machine (as shown in the figure) is a popular product widely used. The parts of the products have a high degree of generalization. From the control point of view, it needs the coordination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic pressure, and time control is required. It has the rotation and feed movement of the spindle and the vertical movement of the rocker arm along the outer column, the radial movement of the headstock along the rocker arm and the rotary motion of the rocker arm and the outer column relative to the inner column: the latter two are manual. In addition, the clamping and loosening of headstock, rocker arm and inner and outer pillars should be considered. Therefore, there are many corresponding motors and complicated circuits, which often affect the production due to electrical faults.
From the perspective of motor control method, machine tools have developed from simple step-by-step speed regulation to variable-frequency speed regulation, and then to the present servo control; from the perspective of control system, from simple motor operation to electronic upgrading, and now to CNC products, the control function is more and more perfect. However, the cost of CNC system is very high, so it is not only overused in radial drilling machine, but also the cost performance of products will be greatly reduced with the increase of manufacturing cost. Therefore, the electronic radial drilling machine is the best transformation scheme to replace the ordinary radial drilling machine. The PLC and frequency converter are used for local transformation: the electrical system is completely replaced, and the electronic radial drilling machine with the functions of speed display, feed selection and variable frequency spindle is transformed. This can not only significantly improve the working efficiency and stability of the radial drilling machine, but also visually display the working state of the machine tool, which is convenient for users to operate.
