摇臂钻床控制的过程、要求分析

(1)电力拖动方面装置

摇臂钻床装配了四台三相鼠笼式异步电动机。下面是关于装配电动机的简单介绍,Ml是主轴电动机、M2是摇臂升降电动机、M3是液压泵电动机、M4作为冷却液泵电动机。在电路保护方面,保护总电源的开关为低压断路器QS,通过FU1熔断器能实现它在短路方面保护,同时套用了FU2熔断器对M2、M3进行短路方面保护,过载保护将通过热继电器FR来实现。主轴电动机M1,摇臂升降电动机M2、和液压泵电动机M3都是通过接触器控制的。低压断路器SA1则控制着冷却泵电动机M4。

(2)控制要求

1)对主轴电动机Ml上的控制。Ml主轴电动机是单一方向进行旋转的。

2)对摇臂升降电动机M2上的控制。摇臂钻床在工作状态的时候,它的力臂需要一直在夹紧的状态下,用来保证加工工作时精度的要求和安全。

3)对液压泵电动机M3上的控制。M3液压泵电动机可以进行正反方向的转动,继而带着动液压泵,令液压系统的夹紧机构完成了夹紧与放松的实现。

4)对主轴箱与立柱夹紧与放松上的控制。主轴箱以及立柱的加紧与放松可以同时进行。

5)对冷却泵电动机M4上的控制。单一方向旋转上的实现。

 

Process and requirement analysis of radial drilling machine control

(1) Electric drive device

The radial drilling machine is equipped with four three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors. The following is a brief introduction to the assembly motor. Ml is the spindle motor, M2 is the rocker arm lifting motor, m3 is the hydraulic pump motor, and M4 is the coolant pump motor. In terms of circuit protection, the switch to protect the main power supply is the low-voltage circuit breaker QS, which can be realized in the short-circuit aspect through fu1 fuse. At the same time, fu2 fuse is applied for short-circuit protection of M2 and M3. Overload protection will be realized by thermal relay fr. The main shaft motor M1, rocker arm lifting motor m2 and hydraulic pump motor m3 are controlled by contactors. Low voltage circuit breaker SA1 controls the cooling pump motor M4.

(2) Control requirements

1) Control of spindle motor ml. The ML spindle motor rotates in a single direction.

2) Control of rocker arm lifting motor m2. When the radial drilling machine is working, its arm should be clamped all the time to ensure the accuracy and safety of machining.

3) Control of hydraulic pump motor m3. M3 hydraulic pump motor can rotate in the positive and negative directions, and then move the hydraulic pump, so that the clamping mechanism of the hydraulic system can achieve clamping and loosening.

4) Control the clamping and loosening of headstock and column. The tightening and loosening of headstock and column can be carried out at the same time.

5) Control of cooling pump motor M4. The realization of single direction rotation.
